30-day return window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo/video and we’ll make it right.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. It may take 3–10 business days for your bank/card provider to post the refund.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
